SHIPPING 

At this current stage we only ship Australia wide, tracked by Australia Post. 

Orders made Monday-Friday, will be shipped within 24 hours unless it is a pre-ordered item which would be stated in the description of the item.                                            

Any orders made Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped Monday, unless it is a pre-ordered item which would be stated in the description of the item. 

Shipping confirmation will be emailed as soon as your order has been shipped. Along with this, you will receive your Australia Post tracking number and a direct link to track your order.

Shipping costs may vary depending on weight of package (qty of items ordered) and location. These costs will be provided during check out.

Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery on orders made within Australia and 7-14 business days for international orders. 

Crew Clothing Co is not responsible for any lost orders during transit. The customer will be able to submit an investigation with Australia Post via their tracking page.

PRE-ORDER / MADE TO ORDER ITEMS 

If you have made a pre-order/made to order purchase, please note that these orders can take 1-2 weeks to be processed before being shipped if an estimated delivery date is not stated in the description of each item.

Please ensure you select the correct sizing and colour as exchanges or refunds are not available for pre-ordered items, unless the item is faulty. If you order an in stock item along with a pre-order/made to order item, your order will be shipped together.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Crew Clothing Co does not accept refunds or exchanges if you have ordered the incorrect size or change your mind. Please ensure you select the correct items as most of our items are made to order. Sizing charts are located on the website and linked in the description of each item. 

Crew Clothing Co offers refunds or exchanges for damaged/faulty items. If you have a damaged/faulty item, please email us at crewcoaus@gmail.com with your full name and order number and a photo of the damaged/faulty clothing. This must be brought to our attention within 5 days of receiving the item. 

Crew Clothing Co will deny a refund/exchange if items are returned used, soiled with bodily or perfume scents, make up etc. We will notify you by email and send the items back to you. 

Sale items, Hats and Beanies are non-refundable/exchangeable, all orders placed for these items are final and the items cannot be returned unless faulty/unwearable.
